YOGA & Meditation
BBSVC@Ventura, Pacific View Mall
Everyone had a great time at yoga! Our instructor, Audrey, was amazing at going at a pace comfortable for all ages and skill levels. Audrey taught everyone breathing techniques to help overcome challenges and stress, and the group got used to the different poses that were used. By the end of the session, all participants were having a good time going in and out of the different poses and shapes.

The Big Hike

A BIG thanks to everyone who came out to our Big Hike this past weekend! Our participants got to decorate their own walking sticks, then head out on the trail. Our amazing guide, Les from Simi Trail Blazers, shared his insights and knowledge on different plant and bird species. He also remarked having the most fun on this hike because of the enthusiasm and excitement of the youth participants. Thank you Les!
